Our A-frame home is nestled on a hilltop in the Catskills, settled perfectly among the pointed fir trees. This gorgeous 5-acre property exemplifies cozy and rustic mountain living, in a stylish and sophisticated environment.

Stefania and the AHG team completely overhauled this property which was purchased in less than pristine condition - it hadn’t been updated since the 1960s when it was originally built. 

Large windows and doors in the living area make the space feel open and airy, blending the indoors and outdoors. Access to a number of balconies and patios ensures that nature is right at your doorstep.

Stefania made sure to source materials and finishes from local suppliers to give the space an authentic feel and support local businesses.

The rest of the interior design is simple, modern, and elegant - incorporating furnishings, materials, and finishes that both soften and coordinate with the architecture of the home and natural setting.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area with tall ceilings, and plenty of outdoor living spaces, including a fit pit and hot tub. The property can accommodate 6 guests, for the ideal mountain escape.

Farmhouse, Phoenicia NY

If a trip to the countryside sounds like your ideal vacation, our idyllic pastoral Farmhouse in the heart of the Catskills is the perfect spot!

Our apartment in Queens, New York is a boho-chic sanctuary with a midcentury aesthetic. The perfect environment for your next photoshoot! The space is versatile and can be used for a variety of products and brands.
