A well-worn life

Our clients wanted a simple, sophisticated design for their Victorian-era brownstone in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. For us, that translated into an environment infused with tonal and textural grit against a lily-white backdrop to bring bright minimalism to the space. We added natural accents, like antlers, dried plants, and sculptural works in stone to create a neutral palette; distressed wood, threadbare rugs, and fur throws evoke the easy elegance of a well-worn life.
