Our Process
Everything starts with a lifestyle diagnostic.
We begin by getting to know you — your vision, your lifestyle, what works, and what doesn’t. From there, we shape a process that feels seamless, inspiring, and tailored to you.
Our clients have access to a dedicated online portal where everything lives in one place – 3D renderings, concept boards, product lists with pricing, and transparent breakdowns. Confidence at every step.
Timeline
Each project is unique. We establish the right timeline based on your scope, helping you prioritize what to do now – and what to plan for later.
Investment
Design fees are set per room for an agreed scope and paid in three installments. Procurement is billed at 20% of net trade cost. Work outside the agreed scope is billed hourly.
Transparent Communication
No matter the size or complexity, you’ll always have a single liaison with Art Home Garden. We keep details clear, decisions simple, and progress moving forward.
