Jamar and Bianca wanted a classy old New York feel with an edge.Exposed brick and industrial materials are accented with gold and silver and mingle with a palette of neutral colors. The space was designed from the ground up, including complete space planning, layout, painting, furnishing, and custom artwork.

Stylized photographs of New York were commissioned for the space, framed with rough steel.

NEW

Custom art and vintage furnishings created a story of a road well traveled. Unpredictability came from a massive 120” single slab cantilever marble kitchen island. New age Peek-a-Boo glass insets and glass railings were fused into an old world plaster staircase creating a beautiful juxtaposition of old and new.

Finally, with a sense of humor, we returned to the 90’s. 90’s textile patterns, 90’s mini vinyl blinds, and a modern take on your parents 90’s black leather couch… to name a few.

Inside and out, this home stays true to its bold nostalgic 90’s roots but now with a design that brings it well into the modern age.
